Detect face, fingerprint and voice in MATLAB & C#

Hi There, * THE C# SOURCE IS TOO IMPORTANT TO BE CLEARED FOR ME! * PLEASE SEND ME SOME OF YOUR EXPERIENCE IN CODING AND ANALYZING ALSO. I am a software developer and I need a software + source code that: Detect users faces that recorded by a webcam or a camera [ support both colored and black/white image image]. Detect users fingerprints by a device [ even if the user fingerprint won't very clear or injured]. Detect users by voice []. The user can choose a verification method between them and record 5 seconds before detection and 5 seconds after detection in SQL Server DB [2005 to 2014]/and a folder ( for all the verification methods ) with EF. The source code must be clear with async/OOP/best Design patterns/well documented in both matlab and c# with a nice UI [ graphical/technical details WPF window form for each 3 items like head position, voice volume, graphical vibration, removing noise, showing error while not a good fingerprint recorded and something etc.] You must use open source component in the project and algorithms must be clear with WELL DOCUMENTED in code also. * THE C# SOURCE IS TOO IMPORTANT TO BE CLEARED FOR ME! * PLEASE SEND ME SOME OF YOUR EXPERIENCE IN CODING AND ANALYZING ALSO.
