I need someone who is expert with architectural IFC files, and ideally expert with a software called SimpleBim, used for "cleaning up" IFC files. When I receive IFC files from the architect, they generally import correctly into SimpleBim, but when the IFC files are imported into my energy rating software, there are walls and windows missing, walls at weird angles, etc. Need someone who can help me. Just a small budget "feasibility' project to start, with maybe more work after that.
