Build a subscription management module to a .NET software application

A fully featured subscription module needs either re-building or heavy modification to enable all appropriate features of running a SaaS based business. Some of the features required are listed below: - Trial, and monthly subscription levels triggered by values from the software. i.e. depending on the number of users a subscriber has the price changes) - Email invoice and different country Tax and currency charging. Basically all pricing/charges will be done in US$, but need to have the ability to charge Australian subscribers in the converted AUD and add a tax amount - need warning and tracking of credit card expirations and payment declines. Including an area within the software for credit card information to be changed. - Full Country/State auto selector integration including currency, time zone, Phone prefix auto populate in the software - Email communication module integration for communication with subscribers - Invoicing feature for adding additional charges to subscribers for services other than subscriptions. - CMS setup for 3 pages (only a small text area on each page) - Pricing setup module to set pricing/subscription types and levels (Please note that this is only a snap shot of what is required and this needs to be a fully function module that automates the subscription process) Full payment at end of project only. NO PROGRESS PAYMENTS will be made. MUST be able to complete within 2 week timeframe otherwise project will be cancelled.
