I have written software to post process gcode files for a dental CNC machine and a 3D file viewer (these projects are relevant because i worked with files very similar to yours). I have also written other software, for automating processes, control ovens, analyze pictures from a camera and move some stepper motors... I need some more info. Send me a parasolid file, and the dimensions of the model (tube) in the exact same format as you expect to introduce it in the software. Once i have the sample file and dimension i think i will complete your project in 2 days.
