Asterisk Expert for python dialplanes

I search an asterisk experts for python dial planes. [login to view URL] Incoming caller to the system -> make an sql query to match where the user should go to (check 1, check 2, check, 3...). When send a caller to destination x, play for caller 2 soundfiles to a defined time and for person on the other end an other soundfile. The soundfiles are for both phone users separate in the dial process, caller hears a soundfile, the person on the other end hears a soundfile when he takes the phone (like in a queue) that informs him what the caller wants from him (defined). During the connection process a soundfile should be played for both (caller and person on the other end). then they can talk together. This routing must be written in python. PBX: asterisk or freepbx
