I would need to know more about this project to confirm that the fee should be this low, but it appears you need some scripts written to interface with AWS S3, EC2, etc. I've worked with multiple scripting projects for AWS in the past so this should be pretty straight forward. Specifically, I am very strong in coherent process creation, which is half of the battle when considering a backup solution. There isn't a lot of information on the deliverables here so please understand that if you want something more in depth, requiring more than 10 or so hours of work, I would not be able to honor the price here.
