hello, I`ve worked with MT4 and MQL before and I did something similar using MT4 EA and own dll library, I think this is the proper way to do it, MT4 triggers events on your EA and then from the EA you call the dll which would perform excel actions however, personally I would use csv with proper formatting, but these are just details, can be discussed with the chosen bidder thank you, Ionel

Hi, We can achieve that by using we can write script which will continuously run and save the data into csv/excel. If you have some extra budget then we can write c++ plugin and do this by using plugin dll. Waiting for your reply. Regards, Sandip

I think there are some alternatives to be considered. It is easier if you have web and database server (can be installed locally) . Then I can build an EA or indicator that send data, any kind data can be sent and managed. Other alternative is build the solution using DEE, and create visual basic modules on Excel. But this one is very limited. Since Excel can not get historical data, then it is Excel that have to create historical data. Both the Excel and metatrader has to be running all the time, and other constraints that I can not imagine now. Other alternative is build a DLL that serve as a bridge between Metatrader and Excel. There are already some solutions built by other people. Hopefully one from them are well developed ;-) I am challenged, I don't really think about the numbers. In short, I made it simple. My offer applies with any of those three alternatives. Surely we need to discuss and choose one before I start develop. Also, the schedule should be flexible. Because this is one possible but not a common solution. Best regards.
