Create a desktop app

I need someone to write me the following Windows desktop application. There should be a parent form with a menu. This menu should launch six mini-applications. The six mini applications should do the following: 1. Password Reset Tool My company uses 10 different systems that all use different usernames / passwords. I need someone to develop a tool that can universally reset passwords across all of them. Three of the services will need you to call SQL Server stored procedures, one will require you to call a SyBase stored procedure, three will require you to pass three sudo commands to a UNIX box, two will require you to pass information through a WSDL file, and one will require an LDAP connection to be made so that an Active Directory password can be reset. 2. System Query Tool The system query tool should search Active Directory and the SCCM database for specific user information. The application should prompt for a username and then search and display information about the user and their computer. Some of the user information I need displayed include phone number, manager name, last password reset date, account status, full name, etc. I also need terminal information to be displayed: BitLocker recovery key, computer name, MAC address, IP address. The app will also need to be able to work with both SCCM 2007 and SCCM 2012. 3. Windows Profile Reset Tool This should prompt for a username and computer name. The app should then rename the specified users profile on the specified computer's C:\. Once completed, the app should remove the user profile entry from the Windows registry. 4. Outlook Profile Reset Tool This should prompt the user to enter a username and computer name. The app should then navigate to that user's AppData folder on their local C:\ and delete any existing ost files. 5. Letter Reissue Tool I have a console application that reissues welcome letters for our organisation. You will need to create an app that allows the user to list multiple letter ids. The app should then create a new console process and pass the letter id's to it for reissue. I can provide the necessary console commands for this. 6. AD Group Extraction The user should be able to enter any AD group name and have it return a full list of members. The app should then let the user save this list to either a text or csv file. Please give me a price for this. We are looking for professionals and understand that DOES NOT always mean the cheapest.
