Basic input forms with a twist - updated

Hello, My project represent a dynamic win-app (C# is must) form application that represent a way to insert data from papers to DB. EXPLANATION: the application will divide into two MAIN parts: 1. the user can create a form and he can decide about the location of text boxes and labels . each textbox will have couple of conditions (like numeric\char, char limiter, duplicator). then he can save it for farther use (must be on a simple DB) 2. load thous forms and use them to insert data from papers we recive. MORE INFO: every pattern (form) the client will design will be saved in DB and will load for farther use. each form uses rapidly beacuse we gets the same papers (formats) with diferent parameters. *each form which filled by the paper will provide a long string . (no need to save in DB) *each text box will represent place in the string (example: 1-6 string size will be 250) please advice that this part will be attached to another program we build so please keep it simple and efficient as possible.
