We will screen emails that arrive to a delegated email account being received in Outlook 2010 using the following rules: 1 Registration Email Arrives 1.1 If request has been made from the latest software 1.1.1 Preformatted data from email is entered into a Access dbalong with a timestamp 1.1.2 Email containing password and Username is sent. Email also contains link to English User's Guide and a link to 1 of 9 other languages if the email originates from an identifiable country 1.1.3 bcc a recipient that is specified in the VBA code 1.2 If request has been made from older software 1.2.1 Send email containing link to latest software 1.2.2 Preformatted data from email is entered into a Access db along with a timestamp 1.2.3 Email containing password and Username is sent. Email also contains link to English User's Guide and a link to 1 of 9 other languages if the email originates from an identifiable country 1.2.4 bcc a recipient that is specified in the VBA code 1.3 If it is a duplicate request 1.3.1 Resend (and bcc) password/user name email (as urgent) NOTE: the password is generic and hard coded. The User Name is based on info contained in the registration email. Additional specifics will follow. Please allow time to assist in implimentation via remote access if this is needed.
