I am working on a research project where I need access to a Chinese based Virtual Mobile number. For this project, I will need to have SMS messages sent to the number and be able to access the incoming messages via the Internet (website). I do not need/want the ability to send sms messages to the number, but I need to be able to retrieve incoming message. Hopefully someone can assist.
