Advertising campaign for an event

We want to attract audiences to our event where people can have a good night enjoying music and a bit of dancing. The target audience is primarily Filipinos but people of other backgrounds will be targeted as well. The music will be provided by a singer who is not well known locally but an multi-awarded singer. The format of the event will be a performance by the singer for one hour followed by a bit of dancing to finish the event. Because the artist is not well known locally, we cannot focus on the artist and would like the advertisement to focus on the event being a great experience for the audiences. We are looking for someone who can write a catching advertisement to achieve this. To help us decide who to engage, we would like to receive initial concepts/ideas on how the advertisement will go.
