Commision Only Recruitment Leads

COMMISSION ONLY | Part Time or Full Time | RECRUITMENT CONSULTING LEADS Uncapped Commission will be paid when the client pays the full invoice value for the recruitment services. Commission of 5% of final invoice value will be paid for each appointed candidate that you submit and approved in writing by the firm. The minimum fee is $5,000 so your commission will be a minimum of $250.00 for every candidate that is invoiced and paid for by the employer (client). The commission available is only limited by your ability, and the quality and volume of the leads provided. All recruitment leads will be from companies located in Melbourne, Australia. To be successful, you must have: • Excellent verbal and written professional English (mandatory) • Excellent work ethics and integrity • B2B Sales or lead generation of consulting or recruitment services (Ideal) • Ability to work autonomously • Successful experience in Melbourne Australia business sales • Australian citizenship, residence and/or current and valid approval to work in Australia • No association with any other recruitment firm (mandatory) • Completed the Application Contract provided by the firm (mandatory) • Your own computer/laptop, printer, access to the internet and phone for business calls (mandatory) • Ideally recruitment industry experience in Australia • Willingness to learn and work consistently • Ability to work from home or wherever you choose and need a minimum of 15-20 hours per week to be successful. Full time availability will be preferred. Enthusiastic applicants who may not meet all criteria and present sound reasons to be considered may be shortlisted. If you are seen to be keen, committed and willing to learn, we will pay 2.5% commission for the first three months for any placed candidate. If successful, your performance will be reviewed after three months at which time your commission will increase to 5%. All appointed candidates will be required to achieve a cumulative minimum number of leads per month for each quarter to be retained unless varied in writing by the firm.
