Blog Comments for 100 one way back links

I need Comments on 100 do follow blogs with the page you are commenting with a PR of 1 and over. I want PR of 1 and over for the page the comment is on and not the homepage or site PR which can be anything. The link that point to our site has to be do follow. I will give you 5 links to use and also 10 anchor texts to use. So each link must get 50 do follow blog comments and each anchor text will be used 10 times only. Do not use the url for anchor text; it has to be the keywords I give you. No more than 1 comment per domain will be accepted. Do not post more than 3-4 links per day and keep a gap of 2-3 days between posts so this does not look like spam to Google. Maximum of 10 outbound links on the blog comment page linking to our site and no spam links. Do not spam and use only white hat techniques. The theme of blogs has to be related to law or lawyer or attorney or bankruptcy. Comments must be in proper English and grammatically correct. Need a report in Excel File with Direct Links, including their respective PR.
