A Positive Mindset & Creating Goals

Hi All, I am wanting to create an eBook to help educate people on the importance of positive reinforcement and creating a positive mind. Ideally I would like the book to describe the following: Positive Minds What is a positive mindset? Why is it important? Positive training How can you train yourself to think more positively? Steps to teaching yourself to think more positively - basic steps Steps to teach you to train your actions more positively - basic steps Steps to how to easily adapt the above to steps into your everyday lifestyle. Why the above steps are important, and what sort of outcome you should get after working through these steps? Goal training Why are goals important? How to write a proper goal – the steps included How to measure and assess your written goals, how to keep track and stay on track Summary on the above points and steps and why this will help you improve your mind, wellbeing, and overall general health (which is far more important than most of us realise). Please be sure to include any sources if any information is taken from anywhere else, to ensure no copywriting issues. If anything, we want to praise and show that we respect other people’s research and work that agree with the importance of a positive mind and lifestyle – we are simply bringing all of this information together to the one place that is easy to find for those that need it. The design of the eBook is to be formal, yet appealing to all levels. Colourful to attract the eye – yet well played out, and not set in a messy layout. Please note: this type of market we are hoping to get from this book are young people, corporate workers, hard-working entrepreneurs, business people – that may be putting their work before their personal balance and lifestyle, and before others. We want to create an awareness for this lifestyle and show the importance to those reading the book. There are currently some eBooks out there but they are quite bland and only really consist of text, we want to break the pages of text up with things like graphs of stats, or infographics. It needs to be broken up so it’s still visually appealing and stays interesting. If anything we want to take those large chunks of information eBooks and sum them up into the main basic and biggest points. Examples are always a great way to relate to the readers, so if we can include some that would be great. It is preferred that this be made in Adobe InDesign and I will be wanting the final working package file at the end, together with the formal pdf and ebook transferred file.
