Business Case for a Chief Trust/Security/Risk Officer

I need to prepare a business case to show the need/benefit of establishing the role of a Chief Trust Officer (CTrO) in a tech company. This role is a combination of bringing Operational Risk, Information Security, and Customer Trust (fraud management) together under one organization. Currently, the three organizations are separate and don't align. The business case to make the change and align the organizations should describe; 1. Why does security/trust matter to customers, 2. How is the current process not supporting customers, 3. How can the current process improve, e.g. bringing the groups together, 4. What is the positive impact to the customer. The business case should be customer focused, in that, any changes to organizational design and improved synergies should benefit the customers that use our services. I can give more detail once awarded. The business case should be ~10 slides, created in PowerPoint, and needs to be completed by June 1.
