I would like to bid on the job to produce instructional videos. I have downloaded Camtasia and found it to be very similar to the program I currently use, Screencorder 5. I am a Computer Science teacher and am familiar with a variety of programs which I teach. I have used Screencorder 5 to produce videos at work for our intranet, covering such topics as: Using Outlook, Using Powerteacher (an electronic gradebook) Using Powerschool (for attendance) and other topics as needed.
I have taught at both the high school level and at the college level for 13 years, and can structure the information to the intended audience (e.g. Adult learners vs. high school students). I am a native English speaker and have no accent. I have a master’s degree in Management Information Systems and also a Masters in Education. I have taught a variety of software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc) Adobe ( (CS4) Dreamweaver, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) Audio production with Sound Forge & Sony Acid, Digital Video Editing with iMovie, Final cut express, Sony Vegas, Adobe Premier and Photography with Photoshop.
I have excellent writing and speaking skills, and can complete work on a tight timeline. I am excellent at task analysis and breaking processes down onto learnable units. I am good at taking feedback and can apply constructive criticism to my work. I would like to learn more information about your specific needs, and would be willing to submit a sample of my work for you to look at. I am unsure of the timelines requried of your projects, but am a quick worker. I put down 10 days to complete project, but realize it may be less or more depending on your needs.
Thank you for your consideration
