A Legal Document For School Board Hearing

I need a legal document written with a legal stamp of a lawyer or attorney who can legally speak on my behalf. This can be a firm or individual but I do need it to be certified through you or the firm you are representing. In this document you will be representing facts on my behalf on a juvenile incident that is being appealed in criminal court. You are not responsible for being my real attorney but in this letter you must represent me as your real client it must be legal since it will be read in front of school board members. You will have no legal obligation to represent me any further than this letter since there will be no need for that once this hearing is over. I will provide you will a written statement on my behalf of what I would like the letter to say I need you to fill it with legal terms and stamp it with your approval. This project will be needed by 9AM EST Tomorrow morning.
