Content Writing for 100 artciles in construction

Hi, I am looking for experienced content writers. I need 100 articles in the construction space. People who really know about civil engineering, construction, architecture are required. Others please excuse. The person should be able to research, and cover all the basic requirements I would mention for a article to be complete. This would be along running project. Once the bid is over lets arrive at a price per article. If the articles are not well received then the project might be put on hold. I will pay per article that is delivered. I would require at least one article as a sample before the bid is awarded. I will define the requirements even for the sample article. The project success will be based on the quality of the content that is delivered. So give importance to quality if you want repeated business.
