A series of chapters about human psychology (e.g. relationships, interpersonal communication, emotions etc.) needs to be summarised and reformatted in the form of 6 mini workbooklets. The workbooklets are to be used in a counseling context with the aim of encouraging clients to learn about specific psychological concepts as well as develop self awareness and thereby improve their wellbeing. The workbooklets need to be structured in a style that: * Succinctly summarises (either, through writing, diagrams, tables and pictures) the author's intended meaning in a way that is informative and easy to understand. * develops self awareness and encourages positive change through: self-reflection excercises and socratic questioning. The chapters will be provided upon contact.
