I have 20 years of experience working as an administrative assistant in a telecommunication companies and other businesses. I am very good at typing documents/data entry (typing at 45 wpm), arranging files, typing up reports, scheduling meetings, answer multi-line phones, and taking down messages for Executives and other co-workers. In my last job as Visitor Control Specialist, I transcribed recorded calls, emailed, faxed, answered multi-line phones and data entry which were used as authentic material for Human Resource Department.
I believe I am a good candidate for this position because of my previous jobs and it helped me to enhance my skills further and learn new ones in the process.
I have lived in the United States all my life and very fluent in the English language and writing.
