We are looking for a team that 1. Can do programming with file maker or Microsoft share point 2. Can do programming with Quickbooks Enterprise Canadian edition 3. Has created custom inventory systems using file maker or share point and quickbooks. 4. Has quick quality turn around on projects of this type We need a customized solution for inventory management using file make and quickbooks. It has to be able to do the following. 1. Work online and offline 2. Sync with quickbooks 3. Do inventory and fixed asset management 4. provide a dashboard of what is available, and where assets are currently in use. 5. Can be used by multiple users at the same time, online and offline. 6. EASY TO USE 7. Employees can sign out and sign in inventory on a daily bases 8. Uses a barcode scanner, to sign in and sign out inventory, also to do inventory counts Successful candidate will get more work in fututre. Please BID only with the similar kind of past work done. Hello. First thing: to have users working online with FileMaker, the file needs to be hosted on a FM Server or some of the layouts to be shown online by the inventory file have to be designed for IWP or Web direct, depending on the FM revision being used. if IWP is to be used, no need for a server bt static or dynaic IP needs to be considered. Each FM user running independent computers trhough a server need a copy of the FM application. Second: to sync FM to QB, a plug-in needs to be purchased, unless users are willing to do some semi automatic data handling (export/import) to/from QB/FM. The rest of your requirements are straight forward. If you contact me through here, I can then attach samples of inventory files I've designed. Finally, my bid's an estimate until knowing the full scope of the job
