Create a Python interface for Amazon's Market Web Services

I need an python interface to Amazon's Market Web Services (MWS), to allow uploading of inventory files. Specifically, I need an interface that I can pass a flat file, and which will 1.) submit the load file 2.) continually poll MWS to see if the load is processed 3.) once it is processed/failed, to return the status and any output An example code that can requests can be found [login to view URL] The current Amazon MWS API can be found [login to view URL]
