case Discovery not submitted on time in NSW local court in nsw want a plan to have it dismissed

Hi Guys I am defending a case myself and want a speech to deliver to the local nsw court. My plan is to have the local free legal aid present the case but think you will have better advice than tem as they are lazy. They are genuinely a bit useless. so I need to tell them exactly what to do on the day. The case is very minor. In fact the Police have not submitted the discovery as there isn't anything but hearsay who thing is joke. I just need to present a case to have it dismissed due to my right to a speedy judgment and that there isn't enough evidence to proceed. worst case. that we done want to waste the courts time any further. result will be a adjournment and a second request for the discovery to be sent. possible request for a trail by jury if possible.
