Create Prestashop Module and Fix Existing Modules

We need the following changes made to our Prestashop. Some modules do not exist and may need to be created or fixed. Setup FedEx Module - Note this does not work right now due to a WEBSERVICE CONNECTION ERROR Allow charging of sales tax on ONLY local orders nothing international or across USA Setup USPS Module - Note this also does not work currently due to CONNECTION issues. Setup Restriction for items which can not be shipped Internationally (Liquid Beverages can not be shipped internationally) Setup PayPal Payment Module Setup / Create Google Base (for google froogle integration) - generate product feeds for google search engine and allow the selection of what price is displayed since we want to offer volume pricing. Either 1 piece or the maximum discounted price. Setup / Create Google AdSense Setup Google Analytics Setup / Create Multiple Quantity Discounts ( Products are sold as 1 piece, 1 case, then multiple pieces or multiple cases) Support for multiple pictures Have ONLY ENGLISH LANGUAGE settings Get rid of current default pictures and replace with images of products. Add excel export and import for products with all attributes, such as if international shipping is possible; multiple units pricing; multiple pieces pricing; additional shipping costs; multiple images; product description; product pricing; product category and sub-categories. Create the ability to have customer specific pricing. Generate Customer Invoices (Regular Printer) & Shipping Labels for FedEx (Thermal Label)
