Clean-up and alter product images

We would take photos of watches using a lightbox and post it to a shared Dropbox folder on a weekly basis. We would need the product photos to be cleaned up (white background and remove any obvious marks). Some of the watches may have a client's logo on them, that would need to be removed (can be done quite easily with Photoshop's healing tool). Final product would be three images:- Image 1:- Model number written in clear Black arial in top left corner or where possible, and put in the file name (i.e. "[login to view URL]"). Image has one single watch in it. Save to Dropbox folder called "Model Range". Image 2:- Model number written in clear Black arial in top left corner or where possible, and put in the file name (i.e. "[login to view URL]"). Image has all watch colour variations in it and company header at the bottom. Save to Dropbox folder called "Colour Range". These files would then be saved back in a folder on the dropbox account for us to take from. This would be an on-going project. Number of images varies greatly week-to-week (sometimes just 10-20, sometimes 40-60 or more).
