Design an animatable Gizmo Gremlin on My Logo UpgradeToLED

I am looking for someone to make me a realistic looking animatable Gizmo Gremlin, must be authentic and look like the real Gizmo from the movie gremlins. I will need to use the character in future animations and must be able to be used in animation software. For the Logo animation, the current logo has a light bulb in the word "TO" I would need to show power being sent to light bulb, the light bulb illuminating brightly and the Gremlin to react, hiding shielding his eyes from the bright light saying Bright Light..Bright Light You may have to youtube Gremlin Bright Light scene if you do not know the movie " [login to view URL] " 1. Annimate my Logo in various file formats, for use in flash, animated GIF etc. to use as a logo online 2. have the source file to be able to used in an animation software. attached is some files to possibly help out
