Animate layers in After Effects

I have these already cut layers on photos. I provide the psd files and I need you to animate the layers with after effects or whatever you want. I need the characters to move and you can be as creative as you can , depending on the scene in the photo. It must be fun, and weird. The images are 50 photos. The durantion of each animation must be of 6 seconds, Longer is better. You can watch you this video as a model. [login to view URL] I want something like this, obviously without all the video transitions between one photo and another. I need the animations back in avi. Also important will be how fast you are! Show me how you can animate them with this sample.
