Adult Matrix

I want an adult paysite. I will supply the content. Mainly pictures but also a few videos. I want to be able to easily add new content monthly. I want to incorporate a matrix style mlm payout. Example: 3x8 or a 5x5forced matrix. The actual matrix is yet to be decided. If a member signs up they will recieve access to the adult pay site plus get a \"replicating\" web page which they can use to promote my adult site. The upgraded members will also recieve full commission on all levels. They will also recieve a bonus for each direct paid sign-up even if the new sign up is on a different level. This is to encourage members to actively promote their site so. Also if a member does \"fill\" his matrix he can still recieve the additional bonus on each direct referral. I want to be able to also offer a free member option that is upgradeable at any time. The free members will not recieve access to the adult paysite. The free members will also be paid but ONLY for their 1st tier(direct referrals). If John signs up for a free account and then refers Bob who upgrades to a paid membership then John will recieve a referral fee for Bob. The matrix will be compressesed monthly which means all paid members are compressesd together. This will mean Bob is no longer in Johns downline even though John will continue to recieve a monthly bonus for referring Bob. This will encourage more free members to upgrade. There are scripts for sale that will accomplish this. I will continue to research for a good one. If you have a suggestion let me know. I feel there is no need for a custom script with so many on the market. It is just a matter of finding the right one. This might sound a little confusing if you are not familiar with a matrix style payout. It is actually a pretty simple concept once you are familiar with it. I will supply the adult content.I will be adding to it monthly or bi-monthly. I will also supply the domain name and copywriting. I will also be marketing the website myself. I would possibly consider a partial trade for a percentage of all memberships including all residuals from every member. I supply content and marketing you supply a turnkey website. If you would rather just bid on the site with no partnership option that is perfectly fine with me. I need the site to be fully functional and a professional look. I understand that glitches may occur but I do not want any scripting errors to occur after I begin my advertising campaign. There are a few scripts that use paypal for the merchant account. I am looking into a traditional merchant account which could be implemented with the script. I would prefer NOT to use paypal.
