Chat Room Website

I'm looking to create a social chat room website. A Perfect example of what I'm looking for is buzzen.com. Instead of creating a full website and CMS, I'd like to be able to incorporate it into a Wordpress site if possible. The main reason for Wordpress would be the CMS, easily add/mod/delete content and edit configurations easily. If doing so with Wordpress or other CMS, please let me know and I can change the requirements and review my project. I have found [login to view URL], which seems to do exactly what I want, however I would also like IRC. To be able to connect with mIRC, create connections, addons, etc. The features listed below are directly from the BuzzerChat features list, I would like as many of these options as possible.
