apply CGI::Session(required perl/cgi or mysql)

I need to create a login screen with session control. Will use the same session until user logoff / close browser or expiry after certain period (Lets said 30 minutes idle) Requirement: Perl/cgi, MySQL Simple login screen with userid, password, language selection and captcha. control by session, not cookie. default language is EN - English, pulldown for other language selection Captcha is enter via button, not by keyboard (Attachment will be pm to programmer with interest only) The session will be expiry after 15 minutes by default but allow to adjust by amend the source by admin. Grid to view all menu / user and Form to edit record (Simple DE) Data Entry for all table should look like joomla data entry. Once user select add/edit, user must complete the task or click cancel to exit the entry. (this is optional, but what is the quote with this option) User MUST login before doing any system task. session will be delete once user logout or remove by system after expiry pls go for least price thanks
