I require a webpage that can be used to perform domain name functions such as register domain name, perform whois lookup, modify domain name etc. The page will send the request to my domain name registrars API and then handle the response that comes back. the page should also check the requests before sending them to the API. The API is in PERL and i would prefer for the site to be designed in PHP.
