Converting PHPmotion to payable system

Visitors can watch as much movies as they want and registers can rate, invite friends and built a community. I need to change the system to paying for watching videos. Visitors can watch 3 movies (can be changed in the new admin panel you will make) per day per IP. After that they need to register. We need to transform the registration page to payment page. Transactions will work with: [login to view URL] Registers can choose from 3 packages: Daily, Weekly, Monthly (The amounts charged can be change in the new admin panel you will make). A member can login the site and watch all movies if he want if he is still active. If my membership ended, when I try to login I am being directed to the ACTIVATION PAGE where I can choose a package and extend my membership.
