Auto RSS feeder/crawler

This project involves a code snippet for the CMS system "drupal" ([login to view URL]). Knowledge of how this system works/prior experience with this CMS is an advantage. What i need is a module for this CMS that can automatically pull articles via RSS from a website. On the user side, you should be able to register your website from the drupal website, the CMS will then scan the site registered for articles in a certain interval, updating content on the drupal end, to reflect the changes. On the Admin side you should be able to select how often the feed(s) should be updated as a default value. You could also select this for each individual site in a seperate list in the admin menu. The admin should also be able to select if articles from the feed are going to be auto approved or moderated. A list of the different feeds registered should also be displayed on the admin page so you could select each feed seperately for auto aproval or moderation. The feeds should be displayed in blocks which you can create from the admin panel.
