Add SQL wrapper class to script for all script database queries

I have a membership script ([login to view URL]) and want all the database queries such as select, insert, delete, update to go through some global database wrapper. Inside this wrapper I then want you to add some code so that each query is checked for sql injection and other exploits and also that each query is logged to the database so the admin user of the script can easily check the log if they wanted to. The log should be able to be filtered by query type (update/select etc) and date range. It should also be an option to be turned on or off in the admin settings page.
