Develop payment gateway for CubeCart V5

We previously advertised this as part of another project but were badly let down by a freelancer we awarded the project to, so are re-advertising this single project by itself ! We are looking to have a standard payment gateway module developed for the CubeCart V5 E-Commerce software product and are looking for a developer that has knowledge and experience developing previous payment gateways for CubeCart, either V4 or ideally V5. The project is a rewrite of a current fully functioning V4 payment gateway so that it is compatible with V5 as our client is upgrading from V4 to V5 shortly. A copy of the previous V4 code and API documentation will be provided to interested developers THAT CAN SHOW TO US that they have the required skills and experience - generalised replies will be immediately ignored. Milestone payments will be setup for the freelancer awarded the project and will include stages for testing in our own development site and the clients test sites
