Crm finish out - repost

We need our custom crm finished out for the first phase. We have three other phases planned for right now. We are creating this to re sell. As it exists now we can create multiple company files so the changes made need to apply to each new company file we make as well. Agenda view, week view, etc... • Add Project – project date not showing calendar • marketing source – need to be able to add/ remove (admin section?) • Related Projects – show only projects related to the client • Documents – need to have upload button • Contacts - autofill tabs not working Check for over all code security, encryption Make sure each company data set is secure and data integrity maintained from company to company o Add a contact box – phone numbers and zip code are not regulated • Clicking save doesn’t close the box and will create multiple records • Need a way to delete contacts or make them inactive or merge them • Need a way to import other CRM info to QuickSumo • Auto format phone numbers (xxx) xxx-xxxx • Tags need to be searchable and show the date added • Quick add the name into the contact database if not already there • Change default date to the date and time you click on • Change military to time to 12 hour time • Recurring event not working • Email not working • Need a browse button for uploading files • Email attachment needs a dropdown box instead of 50 checkboxes. • Media Center – upload button not working Known Bugs • Media viewer doesn’t show all media available • Media uploader allows two photos with the same name • Videos not playing or accessible • Log in for too long get an error message – need to redirect to login screen or warn beforehand • If you add notes on existing project it brings back the “scope of work” section • Calendar – default view doesn’t display appointments • Start date and end dates aren’t working in all sections (defaults back to 1969) • Project manager – start and end date doesn’t display the calendar • Save button on address (in project manager) doesn’t work • In ”Contacts Page” area Current Schedule needs to show day and week view
