Create HTML Pages from Design

Need All pages completed in XHTML format. The pages attached are Templates for the actual site. Bidder is not responsible for creating all Pages for site, just one of each kind. For example the Articles page has 9 Articles listed that link to the Article Detail, the bidder is reponsible for one Article template that is easy to work with when creating the other Articles. All Verdana and Times New Roman text must be html text not images. Site must work with FireFox and Internet Explorer 6.0 and up. And be editable in front page. All Footers must look like the footer located on the EventDetails Page. Fonts Used: Times New Roman Verdana Maiandra GD(installed with photoshop CS) Colors Used: CCCCCC ( Light Grey) 666666(Dark Grey) FFFFFF CC0000(Red) 000000 Navigation images on bottom must be rollover images Black- OFF Red - ON Here is an image gallery with the designs.... [login to view URL] They are also attached in the zip file. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
