Convert PSD to HTML Newsletter

I need a competent HTML coder to convert a PSD file into a HTML newsletter. The requirements are strictly as follows: - Must render accurately in most common email clients (eg, Outlook, Thunderbird, Gmail, Hotmail) - Must degrade nicely when images are blocked by the recipients email client This is a one off job initially, however my client has an ongoing requirement for HTML gurus for these kind of small/simple jobs as well as more demanding server side ASP.NET and PHP jobs. They are however quite strict with their testing and quality control, so please only bid if you feel you can meet the standard. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional HTML document with spliced images 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows: Zipped and emailed to the buyer when completed 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Must render correctly in recent versions of Outlook and Thunderbird, as well as commonly used webmail clients such as hotmail and gmail.
