Content Pub Backend and RSS Reader

I currently have a news aggregator that works with a flat file backend content manager that is php. The aggregator is in Delphi and is pretty standard. I need to have a DB driven content manager to work with the aggregator and a couple minor upgrades on the aggregator. I have source to the aggregator. I’d prefer a ready made backend to speed up delivery so I will definitely give preference to bidder that have a live demo or at least screen shots of a system they already have. Deliverables will be complete installed engine and DB on my server and applicable fixes in the aggregator if any are needed to work with the publishing system. All source will be required as well and a time period for bug fixes. I do need someone who has experience in this are of XML RSS, MYSQ, PHP, and Delphi specifically regarding publishing and content management systems. This is not a project that should take a lot of time if you are familiar in the field and I need someone who is cutting edge not just learning the technology. I do have full specs I will send to bidders who can show me that they have relative experience by either a demo site or screen shots, or a live site that is relative to this RFP. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform MySQL PHP LInux
