Build an ASP.NET mobile website for posting deals

We need somebody to develop an ASP.NET mobile website with a few tables and a few fields in those tables. Tables Requested: Deals - titles, images, prices, descriptions (HTML editor), links to store's page. Stores - ability to post products, add information such as their location, contact info, brief description (HTML editor), logos, etc. Categories - place deals in categories similar to a shopping cart website. Customers - email address, usernames, passwords, full names. Features we need: We want stores to have the ability to sign up for an account online. They would have a form to post Deals. They would be required to put a title, image, price, code & description. We review and activate them, once activated there is a page for the deal. It will display all information in the table for that deal, it will also show the store's information, there would be share buttons, (Facebook, Twitter, Email etc.) In the stores table, they can add, review, edit, and monitor their deals, the can see Analytics such as page views etc. They must put information such as Store Name, Address, Phone Number, Credit Card information, etc. The store will be integrated with [login to view URL] to auto charge the customers weekly for their deals. There will be an HTML page generated for that store so they can have a "profile" like page on the mobile websites. In the categories table, deals will be applied to this table an the customer can browse through main & sub categories to view the deals. The Homepage will only have a full sized HTML field to custom code the page. At the final level of sub-categories, the deals will be displayed, there will be a title, a price, a truncated description, a thumbnail image, the store's name with a link to the store's profile. etc. In the customers table, there will be their full name, email address, deals that they saved to their account on the server side so their saved deals can be accessed across multiple devices. There will also be an opt-out option for newsletters. Other Features we want: RSS Feed for deals, Newsletter program to email customers Integration with Facebook/Twitter for stores etc.
