Directory Graphic Artist

I have a in-room directory service business where we make in-room directories for various hotels. We have been doing the graphic arts work for the ads in-house, but now I want to change that. I'm looking for someone that can make basic ads for the advertisers and organize the pages for printing. We have four sizes of ads we sell. Full page (8 1/2 x 11), half page, 1/4 page and 1/8 page. The ads are pretty basic. We normally will provide the GA with the ad copy, description of the business and logo. In return they submit the ad proof to the client for approval. The most important thing is we need the ad proof w/in 48 hours. Usually our sales reps travel w/laptops so most changes can be done by them when they meet the client. The payout would go as follows: $10 for full page ad $8 for 1/2 page $6 for 1/4 and 1/8 p age $4 per page layout average directory 15-20 pages You would have up to 10 days to put the directory together. All documents would be sent to you via e-mail in MS Word or Pdf format. We only do the directories seasonal (Jan-Mar and July-Sept). You can have anywhere from 0-10 ads to do per day. There's no rhyme nor reason to it as some clients use their own GA or use the ad from the previous year. The ads can be in either black and white or color. The client decides, and I'll let you know when I send you the ads. Attached you will find samples of some B&W ads we've done for previous directories. If you've done catalog work or directory work previously, and/or have quark experience, that will be a plus. Best regards, James ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
