Day Nursery Web Site design. No HTML needed, just design

Hi, I need a quick design for Gedling House Day Nursery: <[login to view URL]> The site needs a complete redesign but I will do that. All I need is some creative tallent to come up with a fresh theme based on the following brief. The completed design can be provided as a layered photoshop file. The site must convey the following key elements: Safe, Fun and Educational. Stock imagery to represent children having fun and exploring would be a good idea. A clean text based navigation. The text should flow around the stock imagery. The Teddy Bear logo is old but it is the brand used on all literature and staff outfits so it needs to be maintained. That said it could be subtely enhanced to make it blend in with the new design somehow. **To win this business bidders must provide a sample design based on the above brief as part of their bid. Nic ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
