Create 40x40 icons

Attached is a zip file with some small icon style images. I need images of size 40x40 (in pixels) that are very similar to these. These must be provided in two color schemes- 1) Color (simple 3 color max) 2) faded The faded scheme is to use for the icon when it is disabled so that it appears grayed out. The images attached are mostly 15x15 and the new images need to be of some close semblence to these attached but not necessary to be identical. You cannot simply resize these and save them- they do not have the proper detail to be resized up. Thus this is a creation from scratch or provide royalty free icons from a library. This is a rush job and the first bid that can do this quickly will be selected and paid accordingly. Please provide the turnaround time for these files. The format of the delivered file must be provide as .png. A .psd file would be desireable as well (but not essential). Thank you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
