I am looking for a good web designer to create a layout and functional HTML for a new corporate website.
The designer will be expected to create 1 - 3 layouts in Photoshop / illustrator or any other well known graphics program. A logo has already been completed and the source illustrator file (.ai) is available if needed.
Once the design is decided upon, the designer will then need to complete a functional HTML page (with all sliced graphic elements) and working menu's so that we can import it into our Visual Studio Master Page. Only a single HTML page will need to be delivered and should work in IE/Firefox. This may or may not include any CSS or JavaScript functionality as determined by the designer.
We are seeking a Web 2.0 look and feel (light and fresh colors, rounded corners, professional, fully integrated theme of graphics).
The designer need not worry about web 2.0 functionality, just that it visually looks like a web 2.0 site. See these examples:

Please do not bid unless you are an experienced designer with an example portfolio. You must be able to design on the level of 'TemplateMonster' designs or we will not consider your bid. Please include a link to your portfolio in your bid.

Note to bidders: We fully understand and respect the design lifecycle and thus will let you work within your creative freedoms.
