Clone of LivePerson/LiveHelper

I am looking for a clone of the following software... [[login to view URL]][1] and [[login to view URL]][2] I really need someone that knows what they are doing and do not want a web based solution and want a solution that looks, feels and works the liveperson and livehelper.... I need all the features of the products and the most important part is the ability to have remote control and co-browse feature. IF YOU DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THAT OR MAKE THAT FEATURE WORK PLEASE DO NOT REPLY!!!! I do not need a poor product, but a product that is built with the same quality as the 2 products listed above… I need someone that can program this in C++, Java, Delphi, Streaming Java, or VB… I don’t care how it’s programmed but need it to work like LivePerson and LiveHelper with all the features. I will make it worth the while for the programmer or programmers who can help us out… But please do not waste my time if you can not build this product for us… I am open for chat on the RAC chat room anytime to talk about the project….. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows, Linux, SQL 2000, IE, Netscape, etc...
