CSV to Database

I do not know if anyone can work on this particular type of project, but here goes. I need a program, perhaps in PHP, that will allow the end user to set parameters in the program that will take data from any number of different CSV files and place that data into a corresponding column in a predesigned CSV file, then, upload that new file to a MySQL (or any) database. This is for use mainly buy people that have ecommerce sites, and need a way to easily and quickly take product information CSV files from different suppliers (who all use different CSV formats with differnet column names), and create one central CSV file that can be loaded into the database for use on their ecommerce site, such as OSCommerce (example only). Let me put it another way. I download a csv file from one vendor. His colums might be named A. B, C, D, etc. Another vender might have the exact same data in colums named, Fred, Tom, George, Jill, etc. A has the same data as Fred B has the same data as Tom C has the same data as George And so on. My MySql database has fields in it that I want the information from the differently named csv columns to go into: Data from A and/or Fred will go into column 1 Data from B and/or Tom will go into column 2 Data from C and/or George will co into column 3 See the pattern? Now, either the program will create a Master CSV file that I can upload via sql query to my database, or, it will automatically upload this data for me. It needs to be 100% idiot proof, and easy to install and set up with a nice admin interface as I intend to also market and sell this program to other online business owners that need something like this to make their lives a little easier. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
