Banner Updating service The code needs to be in delphi. This program should do : THe program should ask at a special(general settings) adress (HTTPS in the future) in the net if this user has been accepted. There are banners locally at his screen. The system will be moreless offline and the program has to recognize if it is online. In another situation it will go online for itself in certain times. (all data will be in the setting file) There will be a sql database in the net with all data. Database and the queries must be secure to any attacks. If the local system shows different banners or advertisments all new have to be downloaded to the local machine from the server. There is one repotfile at any machine which reports with minimun data all transactions. The files to be downloaded could be banners or text. There are defined 20 banner fields at any machine and minimum 100 at the server. The sizes of the each field or every text or banner will be stored in the database. These information needed to be given at each transfer to the machine. At the server will be a webbased interface. There i store to each client the information: - client from up to - how much banners - which banner especially how often(like some are standard) - banner out of a lists - generally over a period - only for special days (and at special times) Banners itself - banners can have a limited period - banners are in a list of banner, like special (for trading, for hotels, for shops) For each client must be an export into an ASCII file. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
