I am planning to make a website like www.freelancer.com but not for job posting. It will be the marketplace of buyers and producers/suppliers. The overview of the site will be the like below- Buyer - Buyer will create their account - They will post their projects/buying list (including details like; payment option, lead time, ship mode etc.) - They will select the categories - They will be able to select countries - They will be able to contact/invite to the suppliers - They will be able to received quotation form the supplier. - They will be able to compare to the supplier - They will select the supplier to complete their projects and will make a sales contract. - And more related to this kind of services Suppliers/Producers - The supplier/producers will create account - They will complete their company profile - They will select their product categories, payment method, shipment methods etc. related to their business. - They will be able to bid the project/buying leads - They will send the private message to the buyer - They will send quotation, - Etc. related this kind of website... Add different payment gateway to this site (like paypal, payza, moneybookers etc.) Also u r always welcome to share your thoughts to modify the system.
