Project Description: Hi, I need to have a php/Javascript to run on a dynamically generated form by 3rd party web app. The requirement is: I. A user select a value (City, State, County, Zipcode) then click "SEARCH" and the next page will return a list of employees who are located in the area selected. II. The code or script will be cascade dropdown select list such as follows: The country is USA and Canada := 1st drop down: STATE: All USAa [login to view URL] dropdown looks somthing like this Alabama New york WisConsin etc. ....| ........ and so on for rest of The US. ---- := the 2nd dropdown will be for Counties inside the city ( whatever city residing in the selected states) with same idea. ------- :=Then the 3rd dropdown will be for city inside states ----- := then the 4th dropdown will be for Zip code responding to the city and state . ****This should be optional if the user does not want to enter city, county or state. Once the user select the value, she or he has to click either "CANCEL" or "SEARCH" The search function will query a database showing The Employee data based on: 1) City, State or 2) County, State or 3) Zip Code and return a list of employees.
